“I made an order realised the hinges would not work for the job I needed so I emailed to cancel the order. This was ignored the next day I emailed again having received no response, still ignored I then tried to phone to resolve this and no one answered so I left a message . Now the hinges have arrived and I will likely have to pay to send them back when all this could have been avoided with some customer service”
