“Arrived on Thursday afternoon, my husband fitted it Friday. Fitted perfect with clear instructions and template. Such a change from the new kitchen he has been fitting. A shame it took so long to arrive. I ordered something from the USA at the same time and it came two days earlier.”

“The item was received the day after placing the order, despite it being late afternoon when the order was submitted. The bin was bought to replace an identical item (branded differently) which resulted in me only using the runners and savings the remaining parts as spares. The new runners have been upgraded from the original ones and appear much stronger, which is good, as the previous ones were only about 3 years old. Anyway, I am pleased with the end result and the service cannot be faulted.”
