“These basket drawers have improved in quality over the years and this version is excellent. My only gripe is that the machine screws that fix the mounting bracket to the slider assembly were almost impossible to undo. (It’s rather like car wheel nuts tightened by a pneumatic drill). I had to heat up several mechanism before I could release them. Whilst I’m aging I still have a strong grip and suggest you refer this to the manufacturer.”

“Ordered 2 baskets , 440mm deep stated on website however 2 baskets delivered that are 500mm deep that don't fit my standard base units . Waiting to hear from customer services?????”
