“Basically the product is fine, except some brainless idiot decided to tighten the adjustment screws so tight that it was impossible to undo some of them, to make matters worse the screws are of such poor quality that they chew up when you try to undo them. I am very experienced in such things, so I can assure you it was not operator error.”
