“This product is a life saver. I use distilled water and it provides cold air on my face. It does have a light bar when turned on but I covered it with construction paper so I could sleep.”

“I use this Air Cooler on my boat and in my office. It really does cool you off if you are right next to it. It's designed to cool a small space. Very happy with it.”

“We are so living this portable air conditioner. We have central AC but my toddler's bedroom gets so overheated during the day that we struggle to bring it down to a tolerable temperature for her to fall asleep. As a result, bedtime has been pushed back, she gets irritable, it's not a good situation. Then we got this wonderful portable air conditioner, and it solved our problem at once. For such a small, lightweight, easily portable AC fan, it really cools down the room fast. It's super easy to operate, you just add water, plug it in, and you are good to go. It's very quiet, and it can double as a nightlight for our kid, which is an added bonus. Summer temperatures are rising in many places, and I have no doubt that there are many people who will find this gadget extremely useful.”

“I purchased this while it was still in development via Indiegogo crowdfunding. It is an amazing product and well worth every penny. I have mine in my office and it keeps my cube nice and cool and humidified. During this past summer, the air conditioning went out. The aire incoming to Evapolar was 80+ degrees. The outgoing was 56.6 degrees! So while my co-workers were uncomfortable, I was very comfortable.”

“Shipped with the incorrect plug although this wasn't a MAJOR issue as I was going to use it via USB anyway. Does what it says on the tin - and that's what you need to read. This will NOT cool a room, its designed to sit on a desk or a table next to you while you work and creates a cool atmosphere around you. It's better than a fan that's for sure. Some people have commented that this is available for £20 brand-x elsewhere but the build quality on this is EXCELLENT and in my opinion having read some of the reviews on the knock off versions is well worth the money. No leaks. It just works.”

“I get horribly hot on summer nights and tend to not sleep well because of it my homes ac works everywhere except my room. So besides all the bad reviews I decided to buy it and give it a try and it’s great I keep it on my night stand next to my bed, it didn’t leak or freak out on me. I live in a city with low humidity and dry heat I believe that’s why it worked better than for others .”

“My vent for the air conditioning is not working in the bedroom. I put this on the nightstand on the other side where I sleep. So easy to fill with water and I could not believe how it helped me sleep. I love it.”
