However, as they were a gift, there should be an option of a presentable gift box, not the ‘put together’ cardboard box they arrived in - it’s embarrassing having to give them to someone like that. We’re so glad you like the glasses, they make a lovely gift and transporting them safely is our highest priority when packaging. We use robust preloved boxes to minimise new packaging waste, so don’t offer a secondary gift presentation box. Offering gift presentation options that can be more practically reused after opening is something we're considering.
