“Hi - The rating is based on the very poor service from Evri your courier/ Transport - I have already complained directly to Elizabeth Shaw who already replied confirming that they have contacted Evri so far no delivery this is very poor service it's not surprising as we have experienced this from other suppliers. Can you please let us know what is happening. As far as we are concerned they are ruining your reputation when you clearly have a good product - William Gilbert”
