About TRIP:

We created TRIP to share a bit of calm in the everyday chaos. CBD experiences that are just as enjoyable to taste as the feeling after. Products with amazing flavour that leave you more productive, less stressed and more you.

We found CBD in 2018 when weeks before our wedding, Dan was injured playing football and needed knee surgery - nightmare. Told he wouldn’t be able to walk down the aisle, we tried everything. He discovered CBD oils were a real game changer - he finally found some calm and got a good night's sleep at last. Against the odds, Dan made an incredible recovery and was last man standing on the dancefloor!

We then started using CBD oils for those smaller everyday stresses...loving the results but hating the bitter taste. Our passion for CBD grew, eventually leaving careers in finance and law (sorry mum) to launch TRIP. We designed a CBD range that fits effortlessly into our lives and we hope yours too.

Hi Linda! We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t feel the effects of your TRIP products. Dosing is really personal - similar to how caffeine or alcohol can affect everyone differently. If a lower regular dose isn’t working for you, we’d recommend noting how you feel and then dosing up with additional drinks or oils 💛

“This is a review of TRIP as a company. I wouldn't bother buying anything from TRIP unless you want to spend weeks of stress trying to get what you paid for. I don't leave bad reviews, but this experience was ridiculous. I understand 1 or 2 mistakes, but this was mistake after mistake after mistake for 2 weeks. I originally ordered 48 cans of TRIP, I chose Express Delivery and they arrived late. When they arrived, 24 cans were missing. I asked them to send the 24 missing cans, instead they sent me 6 peach cans (also arrived 3 days later than informed). I asked for a partial refund and it was ignored, I complained again and they did send me some drops. But I didn't want drops, because I don't find them effective, but that was all that was on offer for compensation. 2 weeks after I ordered, they finally sent the missing 24 cans TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! They just chose someone else's address not associated with the order I placed. You'd think after all of the previous mistakes, they would double check the address. In the end, I didn't receive my package, but a random person in another house did. They did give me a refund (just for the ones that didn't arrive) because I wrote many complaints. An unhappy customer.”
