“The product arrived and did not work. The manufacturer was not able to supply a working replacement and it is taking a long time to get the refund I was promised. I’ve paid by credit card so will get the card company involved if Daewoo don’t refund me soon. Have now bought a Tefal product and it’s great.”
“It's a good microwave but I'm struggling with the air fryer. It's not easy to get the temperature and timings right. I have had burnt pies and uncooked cakes. A recipe booklet would really help, with basic items and a conversion from conventional to air fryer.”
“Bought ours through Amazon, it was our second choice as a Toshiba one looked like it had a few more features. We had that one for a week before it went back as it wasn't fit for purpose due to lack of control for the air fryer part meaning food not cooking properly. Then our Daewoo arrived and what a difference, I love it! Everything I've tried cooking has been spot on. I even cooked roast pork and the crackling was the best I've ever managed, so light and crisp with the meat still moist and far superior than cooking in my fan oven. I've made cheese scones, roast potatoes, defrosted meat and heated food with the microwave amongst others. It's still early days yet but it's inspired me to try absorbs of recipes and I'm so glad we've bought it”
