Rather disappointing as my horse has bitten off the detachable interlocking tabs. It would have been better if you could have fitted them for us . They are now moving around so not very secure. I spent a lot of money on what I hoped was a good quality product.

The mats seem ok but the delivery agent was terrible. Moaned to my daughter that it should be a two man delivery and left. Returned later and left the delivery on my drive along with 2 large pallets that I have no use for. The mats are not heavy and there were only 7 pieces, they could have done so much better.

Mats were not dispatched within timescale estimated. Between them being processed and finally dispatched, horse I purchased them for did not arrive at yard, so I rang to cancel order. I was told they had just left the warehouse on courier, so They were unable to cancel delivery. I asked how to return or if I could not accept them from courier and was told that I had to accept delivery of them and that carriage total including delivery and return would be £60. Next day I rang to return them and was told I had to also pay a restock fee of 20%. I am now stuck with Mays I didn't want to receive. Poor customer service. Shame because we have a large number of people we could recommended product to but now will advice not to purchase from yourselves.
