“Still to receive the item as at 1 Jun 23. Ordered online 18th May and not sent with the other part of the order. Rang 26th May and they said they didn't know if it was in stock. Checked and it was so then said they didn't know if I wanted it as also bought laces.... but didn't contact me to say this. If that was true, surely the items sent should have been the other way around so I could lace them with the tool. Anyway, received this request for a review, and still haven't received ths half of the order. Disappointed as paid extra for dispatch, that I could not avoid and now 2 weeks later still waiting for the smallest of packages. Great shoes but very disappointing customer service.”
