“Well, only just got them so its hardly a fair test as that will come over the next few years but these being my third pair of Chatham deck shoes over the last 25 years I can say they all seem much of a muchness apart from the second pair, bought two or three years ago, maybe not being quite so well made, somehow that I can't put my finger on, and these the third pair having no such doubts, on first acquaintance, at all but they are the first pair of Chatham deck shoes, and in fact the first pair of shoes in the last 40 years or more, that have immediately given me nasty rubbing blisters at the back of my heel. But I hope to 'sail through' that to a hopefully satisfactory longer term experience.”
