“They were damaged. Bought for a birthday present and when opened, there was damage to one of the shoe. I sent an email out to complain but was told I was unable to have a refund unless I sent the show back. So basically you want me to send back just one shoe? I have requested my money back. I won’t be buying from you again and I will make sure family and friends stay clear from you also. I think the fact I have been sent a damaged item and I don’t even get my money back for it is appalling. I will be taking this matter further.”
“I love my Chathams! I always have 3 pairs in my preferred 3 different styles. My old deck shoes finally bit the dust after several years - even serving their last year as gardening shoes! Comfortable and good looking; barefoot or socks. Have tried other makes but Chathams are the best!
(Delivery was next day - so was only without this model very briefly!”
