“Shoes are an outright five star however the delivery is atrocious. To put this into perspective I had a FREE item offered from a purchase I made which from ordering said free item it arrived the next day! Ordered these shoes at a cost on £97 (£130 but were on offer) and apart from email saying they had order....NOTHING! no tracking numbre/email even though there was one as I discovered at the delivery point. Also it took them over 5 days to dispatch. I could have walked there and got them quicker and at least I would have known what was happening re my order. Never again will I order online from them”
“Buying direct from Chatham was easy. There is a good guide to help find the correct size.
The shoes look great, and of course will take a period of breaking in so that they will fit as if they had been a bespoke shoe.
My shoes will be used for sailing and on beaches so they will be worked, and I know I can rely on Chatham shoes to give me at least 3 seasons of service.”
“Shoes are fine, unfortunately UPS left them outside a near neighbours door with absolutely no protection from the weather ( doesn't take a genius to work out what happened in this weather). Lady dropped them off to us that evening in a total soggy mess, went straight in the bin, packaging and shoes.
Got my delivery charge back from Chatham ( very efficient...must happen often...but still a pair of shoes down). Dissapointed”
