“I received a defective pair. Left foot shoe wrongly lasted. I was offered a replacement but had to find an UPS access point myself amid my super busy schedule. Then the replacement was sent via UPS. Because I was not home UPS sent and email telling me to go and collect the parcel from their access point in Abbots Langley. This is all impossible and stressful for me. Sarah Hunt has now agreed to retrieve the shoes and release a refund. I still have not got my refund. Because of this experience I shall not but Chatham shoes possibly never again.”
