“I would love to give a better review and I am sure the shoes themselves are perfect but I don't have them in my possession. On ordering them, and knowing that 8 days later I was away for a 3 month period of work overseas, I ordered the shoes and paid for the DHL 2-3 day delivery option. Sadly they were not despatched until the day before I was leaving, and when I contacted Chatham, the very helpful lady told me that they would be on an overnight service - they weren't and anticipated day of delivery was the day after I left. I sent two further emails to the lady I had spoken to saying that on the tracing info, there wasn't the option for me to "return to sender" - I'm actually still waiting for a reply to that, but it's a bit redundant now as the DHL driver left them with my neighbour!!! So in my book Chatham are very helpful initially but it was short lived and my neighbour is now stuck with my shoes for the next 3 months. She is elderly and I am not going to put her to the inconvenince of returning them on my behalf, so that's where we are at.”

Soft and comfortable from the first time I slipped them on and beautifully made. I can’t say enough good things about these shoes. I have been looking for deck shoes for a while and every pair I tried (all similar price point) seemed stiff and uncomfortable. These feel great and are worth the price paid.
