I was shocked to discover that (1) the laces are no longer made of leather and (2) they are not a single wrap around lace as they should be.
Luckily, I was able to find a supplier of white leather laces, and managed to tear out your sub-standard laces and replace them (after some difficulty) with my own pair. I now have the shoes that I had hoped to receive from you. Hence my rather low rating.”
