This time the quality has been a great disappointment:
A change to the material used for the shoe, the interior poorly put together and the sizing has now shrunk
I now have the hassle of having to return them and I don't think I will ever risk buying another pair of Chathams”
“I have no idea what they are like since the pulau tassel loafer box contained the wrong shoes - some kind of lace-up style. When I asked for them to be replaced with the correct shoes I was sent a second pair of Rota G2, so I now have two pairs of those, and still no tassel loafers. I am awaiting a response.”
“They are a disaster - I have only worn them once and they are much too wide, The sides have opened out on each foot (I don't have particularly narrow feet) and they look awful, likes boats. This has never happened to me before with your shoes and unfortunately I have thrown away the packaging, trusting that everything would be OK as usual”
