“Well the boots came wrong size, and still waiting to hear how to send them back after receiving them last week. I need some size 11 which I ordered, and they sent size 9.
You can not get in touch as they tell you they will contact you, they haven’t yet. If no response they will go to charity shop and I will instruct CC not to pay them. Customer service worst I have come across on line and very dogmatic as they say they will contact you and if you chase them they will put you to the back of the queue !!
I have been a loyal Deck Shoe customer for years and this is the first time I have had an issue but they are very poor at recovering their errors.”
