“I had to return the, as my regular size 7 were too small. Based on past purchases all shoes have been good quality and comfortable. There was nothing to suggest Fraser G2 would be otherwise. Had size 8 been available I would have exchanged rather than asked for a refund. Whilst it isn't related to the shoe I wonder whether there could be a printable address label for returns?”
