“Robust and waterproof. you need to go at least 1/2 a size up as the shoe runs small. other than that no complaints and the shoe is a good deal for the money”
“At first tryout I thought the shoes to be a little undersize for a size 9, trying them on in the house proved that to be incorrect and I quickly got used to them. I believe they will be excellent in the summer months with light socks but may be a bit too small to wear with thicker winter walking socks.”
“This isn't the first time I've chosen Chatham shoes. However, on this occasion I am disappointed. Although the shoe is sturdy, the right shoe has caused a blister on my Achilles. On further examination of the shoe I discovered the stitching on the inside of the heel area is sitting proud and this consequently has rubbed against my heel causing a large and painful blister. By hammering the offending protrusion I managed to reduce it sufficiently.”
