“The boots are well made and comfortable as I have found all the Chatham footware to be.
However, I have only given these boots 3 stars due to the condition of the suede.
The pair I now have are replacements for the first pair that I received.
I returned the first pair because on both the LH and RH boot the suede had been rubbed off at the heels and toes so there was no longer any nappe.
The same is true, albeit to a lesser extent, with the replacement boots that I have just received.
I have a pair of dark brown Chatham Chelsea boots which do not have this defect.
The Endsleigh boots were made in Portugal and maybe the problem lies with the manufacturing process.”
“Received my Endsleigh boots and they are very well made - fitting true to size. They are definitely warm with the lining. These are a great pair of winter boots! I also want to give a positive shout out to the Chatham customer service team who were very prompt to help resolve a delayed delivery (not of their making). Their responsiveness and offered solution was a good indicator that they care about their customers.”
