“These shoes are beautifully made and lovely to look at but the sizing is very, very small. The shoes are an incredibly narrow fit. I tried 2 different styles and neither of them fit me. I am a very average size 8 shoe normally. I ordered a size 9 in these (Willow Shoe) and they still didnt fit mainly due to how narrow the shoe is. Really disappointing as the shoes were lovely.
I was able to return both pairs for a refund so no problem with customer service.”
