“Lovely shoes need to wear in a little.
These are replacement for my original shoes exactly the same make style size, my old ones fitted like slippers from the first moment I got them. I have bought a few different Chatham shoes since then and cannot get any to fit like my first ones which is such a shame because I love them so much the sole has worn through from that much wear.
I don’t know what you now do differently but go back to how you did make them they was so much better.”
“These are very nice shoes, well made and look very nice. Unfortunately, had to return them as they are undersized. I am size 8UK and they were at least half a size smaller in length not in width. The leather is really good quality and would have stretched if my feet were too wide :) And the csize chart doesn't help as it says 8UK = euro 42 etc. Maybe give measurements in cm so it would be easier to get the size right. Anyways many lady models only have size 8 and nothing bigger.”
