“I am a size 5.5 and as I don’t intend to wear socks in the summer with this pair of shoes I ordered my exact size.
They are just a little snug on width and length, but having purchased deck shoes before and worn them in the same way, I expect over time of wearing them they will give, and become a little bigger being leather.
I have average size width feet, and they do fit well.
