“These were bought by my wife. They are far too narrow and she cannot get them on. I also bought some shoes from you recently and again they are too narrow and unwearable.We have bought many pairs of shoes from Chatham over the years and they were excellent(all sailing type shoes).We do not want a refund as we would like a swap for something else.
