“Ordered deck shoes. Turned up with stitching coming apart so I returned for credit. I don’t normally post negative reviews and wouldn’t have done this time - expect they didn’t refund the shipping.
So, they send faulty goods and only give a partial refund. Had I just not liked the shoes I think there’s an argument for not refunding shipping - as is stated in their terms.
But applying that to shipping goods that are coming apart?
Very poor behaviour. Avoid at all costs.”
