“Slow customer service, slow email confirmation back about the order. Had to email three time and then call to get the information if my order had been dispatched and get a tracking number.
Paid for priority shipping only to have the order dispatched three days after the initial order. Placed on the 23rd it’s now the 4th September and my order still hasn’t arrived.
Can’t say I’m happy about the customer service of the company.”
