“I have tried and tried to reach you to ask if you can do size 14 in a wider fit. You said you would ring me back after I had waited on the telephone for some time. You didn't ring me back. I still don't know the answer. Most irritating especially as I own a pair of your boat shoes and would like to have given a pair to my husband for his birthday. So I still have a pair here size 14 which is too narrow and no good. BUT NO DOCUMENTATION SENT WITH SHOES SO HOW DO I RETURN THEM???”
