“I didn't want to give a bad review because at first I was very pleased with them but after wearing them a few times the left one seems to have gone saggy at the heel & I am unable to slide my foot down into it unless my husband pulls the boot from the top allowing me to put my foot all the way into it. Very disappointing.”
“Hi first pair arrived and were faulty. Contacted company and arranged to return them. Had to drive to a different town to do return. Opened up returns email to find link did not work. Had to go back another day to send it back. Very frustrating considering they were faulty. That said customer service was very good when I phoned. I have not tried boots yet.”
