“The shoes WOULD have been lovely if the size on the box was the same as the size on the shoes. They had to be returned, but the collect + drop off is a long way from my home. So I had to send them back by Royal Mail and negotiate the cost of the postage with the company as the fault was not mine. The correct shoes are due to arrive tomorrow, fingers crossed! In general I like Chatham shoes, this will be my second pair and I have been happy with them.”
