“I ordered some boat shoes for my Granddaughter,but she said she wanted the Olivia G2 ones ,unfortunately when they arrived she said they were the wrong ones .I contacted customer service and explained the mistake ,they were very helpful and I was allowed to purchase the the ones she wanted and was allowed the discount that I had on the first pair ,how's that for customer service!!”
“Really well build shoes I ordered a 5.5 and im usually a 6 and these fit well with a small gap at the front they're a bit snug on the sides but I know that'll stretch out it always does love these!”
