“Without a doubt, these are quality shoes, nice leather and look very classy. I have 6 pairs of Chatham shoes and they are all of excellent quality. However, I ordered size 11 like all my other Chatham's and whilst these are labelled 11 they are visibly somewhat smaller than my other shoes by a long way. I should have returned forthwith but my mistake I have persisted in wearing them- only on carpet thinking I could still send them back after a day or so. After a few days of persistence, I now have to accept that they are just too small and whilst I'm sure they will indeed give a little I do wonder if they will be going in the bin. The stitching is starting to part even though I haven't worn them outdoors yet. Bizarrely they are very comfortable when sat down with my feet up. My fault. Vanity at play, I liked the look of smaller shoes. Don't be put off, they are great shoes- just buy the next size up!”
