“It's tempting to give 5 stars to these deck shoes just for existing because let's face it, even half decent footwear for the rowing-boat footed gentleman is very thin on the ground. Plenty of Velcro fastened, man made, care home residents' styles are available but if one is under 60 and appreciates a quality, stylish leather shoe then it's very easy to give up and wear any regular shoe one can squeeze into and suffer the consequences.
However, these are genuinely wide-fitting, comfortable (even more than their previous incarnation as they have really comfy soles) and good looking. I have 2 pairs of the older version still going strong but these new models are even better. And one should never pass on the opportunity to accumulate quality pairs of wide shoes.”
