A durable boot prepared for tough outdoor conditions, Grampian is the latest addition to our autumn country collection. This 100% waterproof ankle boot is crafted from premium leather in dark brown and features five-eyelet lacing, stitching detail, padded ankle cuffs and a breathable Sympatex lining on a heavy cleated sole. Grampian also features our new sole spring poron performance cushioning, which is anti-bacterial and offers maximum comfort and shock absorption. A rugged boot designed for handling rural life with ease. What is Sympatex? When outdoors we are exposed to the prevailing weather conditions. Functional textiles which feature the 100% waterproof Sympatex membrane provide excellent performance and make for more outdoor enjoyment. The waterproofness of the membrane is measured on the basis of the water column under the pressure of which the material starts to allow water through it. According to EN 343 a membrane is waterproof if it can resist a pressure of 1,300 mm. Pursuant to ISO 811 the Sympatex membrane far exceeds these values and is extremely waterproof with a water column of over 45,000 mm. Available in sizes UK 6-15

“Game-Changer: Finally, Boots That Are Truly Waterproof! After dealing with two other pairs of “waterproof” boots that barely held up in a drizzle, I was hesitant to believe any claim of true waterproofing. But these boots have completely changed my mind and set a new standard! Right out of the box, I could tell the quality was different. The build feels solid, and the material genuinely seems like it’s designed to repel water. But the real test came when I wore them on a rainy hike through mud and puddles. Hours later, my feet were dry, comfortable, and warm, and not a single drop had seeped through. Unlike my previous boots, which would get damp after even the lightest exposure, these boots held up like champions. The grip is fantastic, too—no slipping, even on wet rocks or trails. And they’re remarkably comfortable, which is a huge plus since most waterproof boots can feel stiff or heavy. I love that I don’t have to worry about any extra treatments or special maintenance to keep them waterproof. If you’re tired of boots that claim to be waterproof but never follow through, do yourself a favor and try these. They’re worth every penny.”

“The R/H boot lace keeps coming undone Nothing wrong with the L/H one?? Cannot break in the R/H boot that is constantly rubbing against my ankle!!”
