“Bought a pair a few years ago and loved them. The new pair are not the same despite the same name. These are extremely uncomfortable, they've actually given me a blister on the heel so can't wear them at all at the moment. I've spent £230 on two pairs with you and feel as though I've been well and truly ripped off - massively disappointed.”
