“Very good thank you , however my previus pair of shoes that I bought in the sale had a very strange dent in the leather below the tongue , I would have sent them back but was suffering with the pestilance and it was too much effort , I do feel very self aware wearing them in public, and think that really it is an unsaleable shoe.
