Yes, it's expensive (cheaper by a factor of 2 for the big pot), and there will always be people who say " use lemon/acid/tamarind/worcestersauce etc etc" but Copperbrill does the job, and if the pans get a quick go after each use or two, it's stunningly efficient.
Better used as per instructions on warm items.
