“I was disappointed to find that the label had printed on it UK/Irish beef as I was expecting Scottish beef, the rump steak seemed to have water in it as I cook my steaks in a pan with lightly brushed oil and the area around the steak began to bubble as if water was in the pan.”

“The so called sirloin steak was so tough I could have re-soled my shoes with it. Could not cut it. Appalling. We decided to braise the rest ot the steak rather than chance the rest being as tough. Don't recommend you buy steak from this company”
