“The Brie is excellent. More than that. I know Bries (superficially) i.e. Bavarian, Hessian, Normandy Brie
and of Course Sainsburys, Icelands etc. Yours stands out. Thr taste lingers in mouth, is not aggressive
nor too mild. perfect on Rye/wheat bread with butter Perfect with Silvaner, Gutedel (chasse Les, Fendant or Chablis) on its own.- I could tell stories about Cheese from Black Forest Highlands, Alsace, Munster, Mainz, Limburg but yours would still stand out.
