Very nice. For perfect results see recipe with cooking on the pan (cold pan med fire duck skin down until golden then 30 sec on the other side and then in the oven (180oC fan, 10 min + 10 min rest = mid rare). Enjoy.

Really tasty cooked rare, after resting 10 mins no blood on the plate and none after slicing, just lovely pink meat inside a crispy skin!
