“The boneless haunch of venison was absolutely delicious,I slow cooked it in red wine with homemade cranberry sauce with whisky and port,root vegetables little beef stock,it was so tender sliced it and put into cartons with the veg and red wine sauce for the freezer,I will definitely be buying more”
