“In my pack I only had 9. I appreciate it may have been due to the weight, however I expected 10 and did not get that. I had to go and buy more when I really should not have had to do so. If it was a higher weight then I would expect you to adjust accordingly to allow me to receive the 10 I ordered. I did send an email advising the feedback but as yet have not received your reply.”
