“When I've ordered the Lorne sausage before each slice was divided from the others with a piece of butcher paper. That helps enormously when freezing part of the sausage, so that slices are easy to pull apart.
This time the whole thing was a bit of a mess. There were no papers, the slicing didn't go all the way through the sausage, and the entire thing was quite squidged. We had a bit of a job sorting it out.
But, it still tasted fantastic.”
“The steak Lorene sausage was brilliant. I would give it 5 if the slices were ready for freezing individually I.e. separated by a length of grease-proof paper or some other non-plastic or recyclable plastic material. It takes quite a time to prepare so many slices for freezing and would be happy to pay a little more for the service. You could sell the two options for different prices”
