“I have purchased this item a few times now.
It is normally individually sliced with the slices separated with paper.
It is normally very succulent.
Now there is no paper separation, the meat is thicker and a lot tougher.”

“As an exiled Scot there are some things I really miss and Lorne sausage is one of them so I was delighted to find this butcher sends these sausages by post! They come frozen and carefully packed so as not to thaw out during the journey, so when they arrived they went straight into my freezer. Three days later when the family arrived for lunch I surprised them with square sausage on Scotch Morning Rolls!! Yells of delight all round.
