“While this is a good sausage it is NOT Cumberland Sausage, this sausage is missing Thyme, Sage, Nutmeg, Mace and is lacking Pepper.
Cumberland Sausage is classically half as wide again in diameter, the Pork should be roughly minced/chopped, not a smooth as this sausage.”
