For a 74 y/o I have travelled quite extensively, and tasted many different types of food, but never Haggis. My friend in Torquay heard about this, and being an avid Haggis lover and a regular customer of yours, decided it was time for me to try some, and had a parcel delivered to me. A later telephone call from him explained the various ways to cook haggis.
He prefers to cut it into 10mm thick slices and grill, whereas I break it down and fry it.
I must say that I have enjoyed the delicious taste of haggis and surprised I have not tried it before.

“The haggis initially tasted quite good, but our enjoyment was quickly spoiled by the discovery of several tooth-sized hard lumps that appeared to be bone. Rather off-putting to bite on, so the rest of the haggis went in the bin. Disappointing!”
