“First class service, item was requested for Christmas delivery and arrived within time slot advise by text. I did have a question ref the product (bone in gammon joint) which was answered quickly. Cooked the joint following a recipe from the BBC Food website and it was juicy and tender (even surprised myself as I have never managed to cook one properly before), joint not salty and was delicious. Will be returning for something else in the New Year - many thanks Campbells”
“Always had my whole pork leg bone-in fresh and I had to cure/brine it myself in order to make polish style smoked ham. This time decided to take already brined ham what is called whole gammon bone-in. What a surprise! All what I have to do with it was to get it a bit flavoured with herbs and garlic for a couple of days in the fridge. Best cured meat on the market!”
