I normally only go for dry cured bacon, and, in fairness, it was not advertised as such. I cannot abide the hideous white gunge that sits on bacon, grilled or fried. On grilling this bacon for 3 minutes, I poured off 60ml 9f water! That's 60 grams!
The bacon had a fair texture, and a reasonable taste, but was that the added water and preservatives?”
