“Came well and safely packed.Had them as Wiener Schitznel and even though it was first time I have made them-My wife told me her escalope was more tasty than any she had ever had.Pretty high praise because this is her favourite food and she has enjoued them since 1948.We have had escalopes every where on Europe so high praise.

“These were much bigger than any I have bought before in the UK. I made veal marsala with half of them, it was enough for 4 adults with some mashed potatoes. My favourite veal dish is simply with lemon, but a family favourite is the Swiss Zurich style veal with roesti or homemade spaetzli - yum :)”
